Inspiration

Some days are so much harder than others. It's days like today, where EVERYTHING goes wrong. I've fallen in love with this quote from Mother Teresa. In no way shape or form am I taking credit for her work here. I just know that I'm not the only one in the world who has bad days, and thought maybe it would help cheer up anyone else who needs a bit of inspiration from time to time.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies... succeed anyway

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you... be honest and frank anyway

What you may spend years building, someone may destroy overnight... build anyway

If you find serenity and happiness, people may be jealous... be happy anyway

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow... do good anyway

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough... give the world the best you have anyway

You see, in the final analysis, it's all between you and God... it was never between you and them anyway

It's on days like this where I like to think back to random acts of kindness that I have experienced in my life. Strangers that have gone out of their way to help people in need. It's days like today where I feel like I speak for many when I say thank you to everyone who helps someone, regardless of whether or not you know them.
